After merging the mobile and fixed line telco business units, the company needed to provide an integrated sales portal to their large, multi-channel sales organization. Therefore, user research in both domains helped conceptualize and design the User Experience for all relevant sales processes in a consistent way, while also adding an integration layer of an „integrated customer view“, supporting the business with cross-selling opportunities and providing integrated product sales assistance.
As the Sales Partner Portal platform was expected to grow and be functionally extended in the future, we also developed a design system consisting of a style guide and asset library to support UX design and development teams with a framework for future concept extensions, which was successfully used to add Value Added Services like e.g. TV to the sales portfolio and processes.
